For more information, read our RETURNS/EXCHANGES policy.

  • A refused parcel is when a buyer refuses to accept parcels upon delivery. For instance, buyers may refuse to accept the extra import taxes/duties charged upon delivery, thereby causing the postal service to return the parcel to its originating location.
  • An unsuccessful delivery may occur in the following events:
    • The buyer provided an inaccurate or insufficient address, thereby causing the postal service to return the parcel to its originating location
    • The buyer was not available to accept the parcel upon arrival, whether it was delivered to a home or post office location, thereby causing the postal service to mark the parcel as not deliverable and return the parcel to its originating location. Postal services usually store undelivered parcels at the post office for 1 to 2 weeks before returning the parcel. It is the responsibility of the buyer to track their orders and followup with their postal office to retrieve their orders in a timely manner.
