RETURNS/REFUNDS
Refunds of the original product price (not including shipping fees) are granted if purchases are returned within 14 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for the return shipping cost. Please contact us to obtain a return shipping label. The return shipping cost will be deducted from your order refund.
Note: DO NOT purchase your own shipping label. If buyers purchase their own shipping label and the parcel gets lost, there will be no refund; and if the parcel incurs duties/taxes upon being returned using the buyer’s own shipping label, these fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Example of refund amount:
- original order: $100 CAD dress + $10 CAD shipping
- return shipping label: $25 CAD
- refund amount: $100 – $25 = $75 CAD
**No refunds or exchanges will not be granted for any custom items. This includes any special colour requests and/or alterations from the generic sizes including minor size adjustments).
