Refunds are not granted unless an item is defective.
If items are defective (from production and not from shipping or the customer), returns will be accepted if returned within 14 days of delivery. Contact us as soon as possible with order information and a description and/or photo of the damage so we can help ensure a speedy refund process.
If purchase product is damaged from the shipping provider, you will only be covered if you checked out with shipping options that include insurance. Learn more about the various shipping options HERE.
Exchanges are not accepted for any custom items. This includes any product that contain special requests.
Buyers are responsible for shipping both ways (to return the exchanged product and to receive the new product).
