Refunds are not granted unless an item is defective.
If items are defective (due to production and not due to shipping or the customer), returns will be accepted if returned within 14 days of delivery. Contact us as soon as possible with order information and a description and/or photo of the damage so we can help ensure a speedy refund process.
If purchase product is damaged from the shipping provider, you will only be covered if you checked out with shipping options that include insurance. **this applies to shipping destinations outside Canada/USA. **

Exchanges are not accepted for any custom items. This includes any product that contain special requests such as:
- customizing the pocket colours
- orders beyond “regular stature” sizing (if you ordered a “short stature” or “tall stature” option, that is considered to be a customization and cannot be exchanged)
Buyers are responsible for shipping both ways (to return the exchanged product and to receive the new product). The $10 flat rate shipping option for Canada/USA will not be applicable for exchanges. Exchanged goods will be subject to the regular rate. Rate will be provided upon exchange of goods.
